Series II vehicles had bonnet with fluted sides and a mascot
added on front of bonnet.
Rear wings were finned, and other changes included dished
safety type steering wheel, lids on glove boxes, side position
for gear change lever.
Screen washer, wheel rimbellishers and courtesy light made
standard equipment.
Vehicles exported to North America fitted with sealed-beam
headlamps and flashing indicators.
De luxe version of saloon fitted leather upholstery and
heater as standard. Optional extras on Isis included Borg-Warner
overdrive from 1955. New type radiator grille and the addition
of centre arm rests to front seats from July 1956.
